The NeuroLeadership JournalThe intent for the NeuroLeadership journal is to provide an outlet for research and discussion about the application of neuroscience in the field of leadership and management development. Our goal is that this journal will help improve the field of leadership, make change management less mysterious and more manageable, and provide practitioners and scientists from both leadership and neuroscience the opportunity to make a difference in new ways.
